Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 in an excel format:-

NOTE: Please make sure this list, rateable values and reliefs are upto date from todays date

(a) List all non-domestic properties and their addresses.
(b) The names of the Rate payers referred to above for each property (excluding all the personal information).
(c) The billing authority reference number for each property (Not the account number) OR where possible, the UARN (Unique Authority Reference Number)
(d) The date the rate payer became liable for the bill
(e) Details of what reliefs, if any, the rate payer receives (Mandatory, Discretionary, Exempt)
(f) The rateable value for 2017 and if possible the rateable value it was from 2017

Can you also please make sure this information is as up-to-date as possible at the time of receiving the request

2017.  Your request has been summarised as follows:

We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
and we aim to send a response by 21 November 2017 - this is 20 working
days from the date of receipt.
 
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 may restrict the release of some or
all of the information you have requested. We will carry out an assessment
and if any exemptions apply to some or all of the information then we
might not provide that information to you. We will inform you if this is
the case and advise you of your rights to request an internal review.
 
We will also advise you if we cannot provide you with the information
requested for any other reason together with the reason(s) why and details
of how you may appeal (if appropriate).
