Would Like a copy or the details of the Bournemouth Power Surge incident on 20th October 2017.
I understand from the DNO that a ESQCR report was filed.
I am involved in writing guidence papers for the RSGB on PME, and would like to know if this incident was related to a Neutral fault on the LV or the HV

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Health and Safety Executive's handling of my FOI request 'Bournemouth Power Surge'.
It is now the 16th of Jan 2018 and yet to have a response, This was a serious incident in Bournemouth and as a Electrical engineer would like to know what happened. If the EQSCR is still under investigation or the DNO has not filled a report please say so.
