Please can you provide clarification on FOI Request reference 563-12-13. Question 3 where you ask for Minutes of the meeting before the may fair 2012. We would like to know the date of the meeting which you are referring to.

Under Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I can confirm that Boston Borough Council does hold the information specified in your request. However we believe this document is exempt from disclosure under section 31 (1a) Law Enforcement, prevention and detection of crime and under section 38 (1a & 1b) Health and Safety, endanger the physical of mental health of any individual or b endanger the safety of any individual. This is because the document contains confidential information that may jeopardize public safety if it were to be made public.
