Boris Johnson's planned visit to India

1. According to the Independent, Boris Johnson will go to India in late April is this true and can you provide the exact date he will arrive in India (if everything goes to plan.)

2.How is Boris Johnson allowed to travel outside the UK in accordance with the government guidance?

3.Who is the pilot and co-pilot who are going to fly the plane to India?

4.Why was the choice taken to fly Boris Johnson to India when the cases there high is a virtual call not good enough?

5. At what point does it become too dangerous for Boris Johnson to visit India?
