  Dear Requester

Request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act)

The council has considered your request which was received on 08 February 2024
and our response to your questions is shown below.
  1.  How much has been paid to staff in bonuses during the current financial year?

The council do not pay bonuses, however as per the description of a bonus under the
gender pay gap report, some employees who work at Nottingham Theatre Royal and
Concert Hall (TRCH) can earn commission for concessions that the whole team sell
to theatregoers (split fairly across team members). The commission paid so far was
£39,754.19, covered 75 employees and was paid as part of the TRCH employee’s
salaries.
  2.  How much is expected to be paid in bonuses before the end for financial year?
If possible, please provide a breakdown by job role.

We expect to pay another £4,000 over the remaining weeks of this financial year; and
the roles are Stewards and Front of House Assistants who work at Nottingham
Theatre Royal and Concert Hall (TRCH).
