Edwin Burgess, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council

Dear Sirs,

In response to your Freedom of Information request F05982. Please see my response below:

Kingdom Services Group Ltd and their Environmental Protection Division pay all their staff the Living wage and in the case of London Boroughs the London living wage as a basic salary.
Kingdom have the option of also paying a discretional competency allowance in addition to the basic salary which covers all the key performance competencies linked with the role and not solely linked to the number of FPN’s they issue.

If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint please write to the Complaints Team either by email to [email address] or to Complaints Team, Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, TN1 1RS for a review of your complaint to be carried out at Stage 2 of the Council’s Complaints Procedure.
