In light of the recent Panorama programme on Monday 15th of May, can you the Council please confirm or deny that the staff contracted by the Council through Kingdom security do not have any form of bonus or "competency allowance" as has been highlighted are the same thing.

The Act allows the Council 20 working days to comply with your request.
During this time, the Council will assess the information to establish if
any exemptions apply. If it is felt that any information may be exempt
from disclosure, this will be given careful consideration and the Public
Interest Test will be applied if appropriate. If it is determined that
any material is exempt, you will be notified of which information is not
going to be released and the reasons why.

Fenland Council are currently working with Kingdom who are providing support to deliver our enforcement services on a trial basis. The information provided to us by Kingdom is as follows:
'Kingdom Services Group Ltd and their Environmental Protection Division pay all their staff the Living wage and in the case of London Boroughs the London living wage as a basic salary.
Kingdom have the option of also paying a discretional competency allowance in addition to the basic salary which covers all the key performance competencies linked with the role and not solely linked to the number of FPN’s they issue.”
