Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please kindly provide a copy of all active 'bonus schemes' available to decision makers. We're interested in any schemes and incentives offered which would allow decision makers to obtain a reward* on top of their existing pay.

* The reward may be financial or something else. If something else please list the rewards available (free holidays, easter eggs, dinners out at restaurants, etc)

Our definition of active is 'currently available at the time you read this request'.

Yours faithfully,

Amanda Hart
