I would be grateful if you could release details concerning bonus payments / and / or performance related payments to FCA staff members.
I would be grateful if you could break these down in
1) Total bonus payments paid by the FCA
2) The highest bonus payment made to any single member of staff
3) The lowest bonus payment made to any single member of staff
Also if you could tell me any details about how one would achieve these bonus payments, what are the metrics for them.

Thank you for your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the
Act), for the following information:
“I would be grateful if you could release details concerning bonus
payments / and / or performance related payments to FCA staff members.
I would be grateful if you could break these down in
1) Total bonus payments paid by the FCA
2) The highest bonus payment made to any single member of staff
3) The lowest bonus payment made to any single member of staff
Also if you could tell me any details about how one would achieve these
bonus payments, what are the metrics for them.”
Your request has now been considered and the relevant information is
below.
For point 1, the total bonus payments made was £26.3m against a budget of
£26.4m. We regularly publish information about bonus payments, the most
recent information is set out in pages 96 – 97 of our [2]annual report.
For points 2 and 3, I can confirm the highest bonus payment was £65,000
and the lowest bonus payment was £200.
The FCA bonus scheme does not have one set of metrics used to determine a
bonus payment. Further details about the FCA bonus scheme can be found on
Pages 154-156 of the [3]FCA Staff Handbook.
