Bonus Payments

The request was partially successful.

Dear Post Office Limited,

In a recent reply to an FOI request you stated that Bonus Payments related to financial performance in future will be determined by the profit of the company after EBITDAS plus the inclusion of "Change Spend".

There is, as far as I know, no indication of 'Change Spend' in any of your previous ARAs.

Could you please provide me with the 'Change Spend' figure for the last 3 years of your published accounts.

I believe I have the 'Change Spend' figure for the year 18/19 which was published by you on this site.

Could you please provide me with the date you submitted the ARA for 22/23 to the Department of Business and Trade.

Yours faithfully,

Tim McCormack

Dear Tim McCormack

We are writing in respect of your information request, FOI2023/00654. At

qualified exemption(s) at section 43 of the Freedom of Information Act ("
FOIA"), relating to Commercial Interests.

As permitted by section 10 of the FOIA, Post Office Limited (" Post
Office") requires further time to consider the public interest test in
relation to this exemption. An extension is permitted until such time as
