In Ms Burton's report she states in the final paragraph:
7. The Remco will review the terms of the 2022/23 STIP when it meets later in June and I will be
recommending that Remco exercises its discretion not to award the element of bonus
specifically relating to the Inquiry. Any variable pay schemes going forward should not include
any metrics relating to the Inquiry
Could you please provide me with the wording of the 2022/23 STIP Metric that, as she states, specifically relates to the Inquiry.

scope of the qualified exemption at section 43 of the Freedom of
Information Act (" FOIA"), relating to Commercial Interests.
As permitted by section 10 of the FOIA, Post Office Limited (" Post
Office") requires further time to consider the public interest test in
relation to this exemption. An extension is permitted until such time as
is reasonable in the circumstances and, having considered the FOIA Code of
Practice, Post Office considers that an extension of 20 working days is
appropriate in this instance and will therefore aim to respond to you by
16th October.
