a) the date of the remuneration committee meeting that approved the STIP bonus payments for the year 21/22

b) The minutes and attendees of the meeting

c) Emails sent by the remuneration committee to Nick Read and Al Cameron detailing the STIP bonus awards

d) the date(s) these two individuals received their awards in their pay packets

information relating to the Short-Term Incentive Plan (“STIP”), due to the
title of your email (“Bonus Payment Scandal”) and the recent
correspondence with the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry, we believe that
the subject matter of your email is referring to the Transformation
Incentive Scheme (“TIS”).
