Further to your e-mail below, please be advised that:
Directors do not receive bonuses.
Circulars are issued each year providing details of the rates of pay to be applied to Senior Executives and the level of pay progression based on performance in the previous year.
HSC (SE) 1/2010 details the pay award for 09/10 and a copy of this circular should be available from the Department's website.
The performance of the Directors of the Northern Trust was rated as fully acceptable for 08/09.
