Dear Royal Air Force AHB,

I am seeking the BOI report and any other accident information for the crash of Jaguar XX732 from 226 OCU in November 1986.

My father was involved in the BOI and gave evidence and once had a copy of the report, but no longer does.

This is in relation to speaking with a landowner to discuss the possibility of erecting a memorial at the accident site.
