Dear Lancashire Police and Crime Panel,

Police officers attended my home on 31 October at 1.15 am roughly. I have no idea why they thought it appropriate at that time of the night, but not only did they knock at my door and window aggressively, they then kicked and broke my door when I didn't answer! I still have no real explanation for their visit, and require the footage of their behaviour to enable a complaint to be lodged!

I might add that this was even more terrifying for me as my son was recently murdered and the family of the murderer are most undesirable, have made threats since taking my sons life, and the police have a duty of care to help me through this difficult time, not to add more stress to an already unbearable situation. To add to this, I now feel more vulnerable with my front door broken, and the cold coming through is terrible.
