I am pleased to inform you that once we have confirmed the extent to
which the regulations permit the release of the information which you have

I refer to your email dated 19th August in which you you give confirmation that the minutes of the July 2010 board meeting have now been published.
On checking, I find that this is not the case despite a previous assurance from both the board and your chief executive that, in future, minutes will be published in a timely fashion (your CE quotes within 2-3 weeks of the meeting).
I would therefore reiterate my request that you provide me with a copy of the minutes. together with "all reports, sub committee minutes and other documents mentioned in those minutes".

Further to my correspondence with you of 17^th August 2010. I am
responding to your request for all documents regarding:
1. A copy of the minutes for the Board Meeting's that took place in June
and July 2010 or confirmation that they have now been published
2. A copy of all reports, sub committee minutes and other documents

The board meeting minutes for the meeting in June have been published and
are on the BW website. There are no additional reports, or sub committee
minutes for the June Board meeting as the meeting was convened to consider
the draft Annual Report & Accounts which subsequently have been published.
