Dear Charity Commission for Northern Ireland,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Charity Commission for Northern Ireland's handling of my FOI request 'Board meetings held after the 15th May 2017'.

A reasonable amount of time has now passed since the minutes were scheduled to be ratified. The delay in publishing seems to be excessive, and may be seen as strategic given their content. I would ask that you confirm that the department and permanent secretary are aware of the apparent retention of the minutes of the meeting.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/b...

Yours faithfully,

Trevor McKee

Dear Kernan, Shirley,

The minutes have been published. This request is finished.

Yours sincerely,

Trevor McKee
