Charity Commission Communications, Charity Commission for Northern Ireland

Dear Mr McKee

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request (ref: FOI20171106),
which was received by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland on
Monday 6 November 2017.

The Commission is happy to publish the minutes of our Board meetings so
that Board activities and decisions are transparent and accountable. There
is always a delay between the meeting held and the publication of the
minutes.  This is because the minutes must be approved before they can be
published.  Minutes are approved at the meeting after the meeting they are
a record off.  For example, if a Board meeting is held in March and the
next meeting is held in June, the minutes of the March meeting will not be
on the website until after the June meeting. In line with usual practice,
having been approved by the Board at their 6 November 2017 meeting, the
Board meeting minutes for 18 September 2017 are published and are
available via the link below:

[1]http://www.charitycommissionni.org.uk/ab...

Using this link you will be able to check the website for minutes rather
than submitting similar FOI requests for information the Commission
routinely publishes.

I hope you find this information and advice helpful.

Yours sincerely
