Freedom of Information Act Request
Thank you for your email dated 1 April 2018 requesting copies of various
Board reports.
1. I have attached the Managing Director’s report with redaction in
relation to personal or sensitive information.
2. I have attached the Asset Management Strategy covering report,
strategy document and plan with redaction in relation to personal data
3. I have attached the paper in relation to the HR & Remuneration
Committee 1 March 2018
4. In relation to your request for the tenancy management restructure
report and procurement approvals report, under the terms of Section 10(3)
of the 2000 Act we will require more time to consider whether or not the
public interest in maintaining an exemption from disclosure, under the
provisions listed below, outweighs the public interest in disclosing the
information requested. The statutory exemptions currently under
consideration in respect of the public interest test are the following:
• Section 36 – prejudice to the effective conduct of public
affairs
• Section 41- information provided in confidence
• Section 43 – prejudice to commercial interests
I will respond accordingly in due course.
