Dear J Wilson,
I am writing in respect of the below Freedom of Information Act 2000 request;
FIO - Please could you provide a copy of your Board agenda papers for the first half of this year.
Local Safeguarding Children Boards are not public authorities for the purposes of the freedom of information act 2000, however, the Birmingham Safeguarding Children Board (BSCB) is committed to enhancing public understanding of the effectiveness of partnership working to safeguard children and young people in Birmingham. Although we do not publish agenda papers as they contain personal data. The BSCB does make available through its website www.lscbbirmingham.org.uk a whole range of materials, advice and guidance to protect children and young people in the city. The Board also publishes an annual Business and Improvement Plan, Annual Report and the learning from Serious Case Reviews.
I hope you find this information of assistance.
Kind regards
