Dear University of Plymouth,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of University of Plymouth's handling of my FOI request 'BMBS failure rate'.

I have requested the failure rate combined over a five year period , to be
expressed as a rate rather than an identifiable number precisely to avoid
individual identification.
I have asked for data with regard to the proportion of students failing
with a protected characteristic. I believe this is strongly in the public
interest and as it does not require individual numbers, the rejection is
not valid. The course is regulated by the GMC and it is a matter of
public record that in 2018, schools should report on this data further and
I will therefore be raising my concerns with the GMC.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/b...

Yours faithfully,

Mrs B Watt
