I write further to your request, which was received on 11/08/2022, for
information relating to Blue Badge Parking Restrictions.

You have asked for the following information:

1) Please provide a map of all Blue Badge (BB) Bays in Town Centre and
confirm the number of Blue Badge Bays,

2) Please confirm if the Blue Badge Bays are full on day what provision is
made for Blue Badge Holders to park at alternative provision in the Town
Centre.

The following information which you requested is:

1, Maps are not held for on street or off street disable bays.   The
information may however be accessible through downloadable mobile phone
applications. All Sandwell pay & display car parks have disable bays and a
list of car parks is available on the council website:

2, Blue badge holders can park for a period of three hours on any yellow
line restriction where there is not a loading restriction. They may park
all day in a time restricted parking bay or on or off street pay and
display bay.

3, Blue badge holders are allowed to park in a council resident parking
zone for a period of three hours.
