Dear Northern Ireland Blood Transfusion Service (Special Agency),
Under FOI I would like to know how much money it cost you to prepare and deliver your opening statement to the Infected Blood Inquiry including all legal advice, staff time and work and QC Instruction and guidance and all other expenses required to prepare and deliver your opening statement.
