Blood donations made to NHS Blood Transfusion Service from prisons in Devon 60's, 70's, 80's.

NHS Blood and Transplant did not have the information requested.

Dear NHS Blood and Transplant,
I believe the Infected Blood Inquiry may have completed their investigations regarding Prison Blood Donations in England. That being the case would you please tell me if you ever received blood donations in the 1960's and 1970's from prisons/prisoners in Devon, i.e. HMP Dartmoor, HMP Exeter, HMP Channings Wood? Was any of this blood supplied to Greenbank Hospital in Plymouth during that time?

Yours faithfully,

Roger Pitcher
