Blood and organ transplants in Staffordshire

Dear NHS Blood and Transplant,

I am writing to you to request information regarding blood and
organ donations in Staffordshire under the freedom of information
act.

1) How many organs were donated in the years 2009, 2010, 2011,
2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015?

2) How many people donated organs in the years 2009, 2010, 2011,
2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015?

3) Out of the amount of people who donated organs how many were
living donors, I would like this information broken down by the
years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015?

4) How much blood was donated in Staffordshire during the years
2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, I would like this
information in gallons, pints, liters, milliliters and fluid
ounces?

5) How much blood was used in Staffordshire during the years 2009,
2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015?

6) How many people in Staffordshire are currently registered as
organ donors?

7) How many people in Staffordshire are Blood donors?

8) I would like points 6 and 7 answered again but compared to the
national average.

9) What percentage of Organ donations were successful in the years
2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015?

10) I would like point 9 answered again but compared to the
national average.

11) how many people are currently waiting for an organ donation?

12) How many people were awaiting organ donation in the years 2009,
2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015?

14) How many people in Staffordshire have been waiting for an organ
donation for over a year?

15) How many people in Staffordshire have been waiting for an organ
donation for over 3 years?

16) How many people have been waiting for an organ donation for
over 5 years?

17) How many people in Staffordshire Have died waiting for and
organ donation?

18) I would like point 17 answered again but broken down into the
years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.

19) I would like points 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17
and 18 answerd again in full but broken down into the regions of
Staffordshire Moorlands, Stafford, Newcastle-under-Lyme and
Stoke-on-Trent.
