Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

I recently reported a pavement obstructed by a combination of an overgrown hedge and a signage post - the public record of this report is at https://www.fixmystreet.com/report/502341

The response from Oxfordshire County Council began "We have inspected this problem according to our Highways policies and have assessed that no further work is currently required".
Please could I have copy of the relevant policies referred to.
