Blind Eye Knowledge of Rife Wills & Probate Fraud

We're waiting for Wisdom to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear The Financial Conduct Authority,

Since my partner, a Solicitor, died leaving behind a £2 Million SRA regulated Solicitors Company, which was misappropriated from his Estate by a rogue Solicitor and White Collar criminal masquerading as a Financial Advisor, just 4 working days after his death, I have come to believe that English law treats robbing the dead as fair game.

I would like to know how often the FCA are informed of Financial advisors involved in probate fraud?

I would like to know what the FCA typically do when they are informed that a Financial Advisor is involved in probate fraud?

When you receive intelligence of a probate fraudster Directing/Controlling an FCA regulated company, how do you respond?

Please present your data in any way reasonable so that I may know the answer to the above questions.

Yours faithfully,

A grieving widow
