Blind Eye Knowledge of Rife Wills & Probate Fraud

We're waiting for Wisdom to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Solicitors Regulation Authority,

Since my partner, a Solicitor, died leaving behind a £2 Million SRA regulated Solicitors Company, which was misappropriated from his Estate by a rogue Solicitor and White Collar criminal just 4 working days after his death, I have come to believe that English law treats robbing the dead as fair game.

I would like to know how often the SRA are informed of Solicitors involved in probate fraud?

I would like to know what the SRA typically do when they are informed that a solicitor is involved in probate fraud?

When you receive intelligence of a probate fraudster Directing/Controlling an SRA regulated company, how do you respond?

Please.present your data in any way reasonable so that I may know the answer to the above questions.

Yours faithfully,

A grieving widow
