The request was successful.

I note that you have stated that you 'requested that the school provide us with a plan showing which lamps have been adjusted and what specific works have been undertaken. This should be provided by Monday 24th March'. Also you stated, 'The Council's arboriculturist has visited the site already and advised the school of what, in her opinion, could be acheived with planting. We are awaiting the schools response to this by 24th March' - please can you forward me a copy of their reply to both of these points when you receive them. Again, I am sure that it will not be necessary but if I have to request this under the Freedom of Information Act please take this letter as a request for this.

You also stated in your letter 'In regards to the fitting of lamps which were not the Philips, once we discovered this variation, the school provided a lighting report and technical information which was in the same format as that provided at the planning application stage. Additional information was provided by the manufacturer. This information was then evaluated by our Lighting Consultant as well as our Environmental Health colleagues and the advice received was that the installation would perform nearly identically.' Please can you send me all correspondence relating to the notification of the variation (between you and the school), the copy of the schools lighting report/technical information pertaining to this, together with the information provided by the manufacturer. I would also request a copies of all the correspondence relating to this specific matter between your Lighting Consultant and Environmental Health at this time (resulting in the confirmation that it would perform nearly identically). Again, I am sure that it will not be necessary but if I have to request this under the Freedom of Information Act please take this letter as a request for this.
