I am writing to acknowledge your FOI request which has been allocated to me to coordinate on your behalf.

I have contacted our Planning Department and asked them to collate the information. They are at their busiest period of the year currently, and this will require the reduction of the master files into several components to circumvent the file size restriction when emailing which is quite time consuming, but I am hopeful that we can complete this request in a fairly short timescale.
