1 the total number of Council Tax defaulters for the financial year 2015/2016 only;
2 the total value of outstanding Council Tax for the financial year 2015/2016 only.

2 the total value of outstanding Council Tax for the financial year 2015/2016 only. - £1,771,554 is the total amount currently outstanding from the 2015/16 financial year
