Dear 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic (BAME) service user's communication and access.'.

Your response (your ref: FOI 16/332) to my 28/11/16 Freedom of Information Request is incompatible with your FOIA responsibilities for example you have failed to, within 20 working days:-
*Either confirm or deny whether you hold the requested information.
*Send me a copy of the recorded information, fitting criteria of my request, that you hold.
*Provide a valid refusal notice regarding you not providing a copy of recorded information you hold fitting criteria of my request.

Your very poor response is even more disappointing given that your website states:
‘We value quality and strive for excellence in everything we do.’

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/b...

Yours faithfully,

Mr Adedeji
