Can you please confirm if Brazilian jiu-jitsu gyms comes under the "close contact services" definition released by the government today, as being permitted to open on 1st of August. And if not, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I request copies of the roadmaps for when they might reopen and copies of the minutes of discussions around the return of community close contact martial arts.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport's handling of my FOI request 'BJJ'.

I filed the request on the 17th of July but received no response. I sent a reminder on the 15th of August but again received no response. As the legally mandated timescale has expired, I hereby request an internal review as to why the information was not provided within the legally mandated timeframe. I also still require the information be provided to me according to law.
