1)  about the future of Bishop Arden CE school, including communication
between the Trust, London Borough of Hillingdon and the Department of
Education; and

2) any decisions that have been made with regard to its revised opening
date.

The Trust will respond to your request as soon as possible and no later
than Wednesday 24th June 2020 which is 20 school days after the Trust
received your request and excluding the summer half-term from Monday 25th
to Friday 29th May.

Good morning Mr Male
Further to your Freedom of Information (FOI) request, I would like to
inform you that given the current Covid disruptions we are experiencing
operational challenges with completing the process  to get the information
you have requested to you in the appropriate format by today's deadline.  
These challenges included:

* reviewing a large number of electronic files
* redacting content based on criteria relating to commercial
sensitivity, personal data and expressions of personal opinion which
could harm the progress of the project
* transferring the electronic files to the DPO and others for review
* further changes arising from the DPO's feedback and other document
reviewers 

In light of the above challenges, I would like to confirm that we will be
in a position to provide you with the information you have requested on or
before Friday 3rd July 2020.  We will also have to provide the information
in pdf files via a series of emails, given the number of documents.
We appreciate your understanding with the challenges we are experiencing
with responding to your FOI request.
