GRO Policy,

Dear Gudmundur Williams

Thank you for your email of 5 February to the General Register Office
regarding information held on all births in Westminster on 17 September
2004.

Your request has been handled as official correspondence rather than as a
request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
although this does not mean that your enquiry has been actioned any
differently or that the information provided contains any less content or
detail.

The information contained in a registration entry can only be released to
an applicant, in the form of a certified copy (certificate), provided that
they can first provide sufficient information to identify the said entry
and upon payment of the statutory fee. Certificates are individually
issued so this would apply for each certified copy you require. As such we
are unable to assist you with your search at this time.

Regards

Kayleigh Roberts
