Birth Certificate and National Accounts
Dear Her Majesty’s Treasury,
I cannot get hold of my birth certificate.
All that I am provided with is a certified copy, and this is made out for the common person to be understood as a birth certificate through deception as proven by the redefinition of "paper certified copy" in "a paper certified copy [certificate] is required for official purposes, e.g. if applying for a passport, driving licence or where required to give notice of marriage. " when applying online https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certi....
A legal definition of certificate is "CERTIFICATE. A document in use in the English customhouse. No goods can be exported by certificate, except foreign goods formerly imported, on which the whole or a part of the customs paid on importation is to be drawn back. Black's Law Dictionary 4th Edition."
It would make a reasoned logical assumption that the benefits derived from the countries natural resources, and the fruits of past labour that are not privately owned to be accounted for, and that falls under the responsibility of your department.
1. Do you have custody of birth certificates.
2. If not do you have custody any form of derivative of birth certificates.
3. If yes to either 1 or 2 do you create any instrument bonding the certificates or its derivatives
4. If no to 3 do you create any accounting entries based on either 1 or 2.
5. If yes to 3 or 4 please provide you legislative authority (relevant Statutes or Acts).
6. If no to 1 through 6 can you confirm that there are no liabilities associate with birth certificates.
7. Can you confirm the legal entity of the constitutional monarchy as represented in accordance with "BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—" .
Yours faithfully,
