Dear Pat James

Further to your request for information, the service areas within the
Council have asked us to obtain some clarification.

In your request you asked for details of "number of vehicles provided to
all grades of administrative staff". Can you clarify you mean vehicles
that are for staff to use both in business and personal use, therefore
effectively a company car/van?

Once we receive your clarification we will continue with the request.

Dear Place FOI, thank you for your prompt response and request for clarification. My definition of use of vehicle would include any personal use of the vehicle for any reason, sanctioned or otherwise, e.g. travelling from home to place of work.

Yours sincerely,

Pat James
