Dear Home Office,
I applied for ILR in Nov 24th 2017.Got a confirmation email from home office on 14th Dec 2017. I was hoping for my biometric notification letter to arfive few days after that confirmation email but i never received it. So on 27th dec 2017 i received another email from home office which states that I must have received a BRP notification letter and i should go and enrol my biometric else my application will be returned to me as invalid. I believe the email was sent because they have sent a BRP letter and have not yet received my biometric I have checked with neighbours if anyone has received any letter on my behalf but no. Am guessing the letter went missing Especially the busy chrismas period. Please can you advice on what to do next as i am confused and dont know what to do next?
