Dear Cowick and Snaith Internal Drainage Board,

Thank you for your response on the question of biodiversity.
I am pleased to know the Board has a plan which is implemented.
Please be good enough to supply me with a copy of that Biodiversity Action Plan.
Please also provide me with the information detailing where those targets and actions set out in the plan have been reported upon to the Board.
Please advise who implements the plan on behalf of the Board

Yours faithfully,

mary hartley

Dear Ms Hartley,

Thank you for your request.

The BAP does not contain targets. No actions from the BAP have been
reported to the board yet.
It is ADOC that is responsible for implementing the BAP on behalf of the
board.

I have attached the Board's Biodiversity Action Plan as requested.

Dear ADOC,
The Board's Biodiversity Action Plan has been in place since 2015. Why does the BAP have no targets? If there are no targets how can any actions be reported to the Board?
Please provide evidence of how Board Actions in respect of 8. Habitat Action Plan for Drains and Ditches has been delivered.

Yours sincerely,

mary hartley
