Dear Advertising Standards Authority,

I submitted a complaint against Waverley media in August 2017.

The result of the investigation of my complaint by the ASA was that Waverley Media assured the ASA that in the future they will make sure that their guarantees or free trials are not stated that they are risk free.
This resolved the complaint and there was no need to send it to the ASA council.
However on two separate occasions in December 2017 for one week only and also in January 2018 Waverley media reopened the Daisho System for sale which included the risk free claims in the guarantee.

Was the conclusion of the investigation into my complaint an informally resolved decision, and if so then was the decision binding on Waverley Media.
