Billing Authority Required To Prove Debts ?
Dear Insolvency Service,
Are billing authorities required to provide proof of a debt owned to them and are they required to fill out a proof of debt form like everyone else or are they immune?
Please provide all information the insolvency service holds that confirms everyone is treated fairly and to the exact same standards, and what information would be required to prove a debt.
Just because a billing authority has obtained a bankruptcy order is that regarded as proof of a debt without any further validation needed.
Yours faithfully,
Mr. J Stuart
