and also made available (for the current Parliamentary session) on the
web at http://services.parliament.uk/bills/
All debates on amendments (whether in the Chamber or Grand Committee)
are published in Hansard, which indicates the fate of the amendment in
each case. Lords Hansard for sittings since 16 November 1994 is also
available on the web at

Information prior to 16 November 1994 is available from reference and
university libraries with bound volumes of Hansard. The volumes contain
marshalled lists of amendments for each bill. It would then be a matter
of going through each bill for the period since Lord Taylor of Blackburn
became a Member of the House of Lords to identify any amendments tabled
by Lord Taylor.
