BGS review of scientific evidence on fracking

Given the government's decision to lift the moratorium on hydraulic fracturing for shale gas (fracking,) please can you supply the evidence upon which the decision that the terms of said moratorium had been met, including the British Geological Survey's review of scientific evidence as requested by the Secretary of State, now reported to be in the governments possession.
