Best across 8 Subjects Pakistan

We're waiting for Hassan Imran to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear University of Cambridge,

I wanted to ask that if a student gives more than 8 subjects in their O Levels, e.g 13 subjects. Out of these 13 will the highest 8 subjects be considered or the standard subjects i.e Pakistan Studies, Islamiyat, Urdu, English, Maths, CS/Biology/Business, Chemistry/Economic, Physics/Accounts to calculate best across 8 subjects O level?

Also, if I have given 2 of my subjects in May June 2024 in Islamabad, will be giving 3 subjects in October November 2024 in Karachi and the remaining 7-8 in May June 2025 in Karachi, will it effect my chances to get the Cambridge Learner's Award, like best across 8 subjects in a particular area (Sindh, Balochistan or Punjab or North Pakistan)?

Last question, are October November results counted in Best across 8 subjects for students in Pakistan?

Yours faithfully,

Hassan Imran
