1)Please can you confirm if Achieving for Children operate the "Berkshire Sensory Consortium"?

2) If so please explain, if the school paying the service fee for goods and services from Berkshire Sensory Consortium, is the transactional contract, the contract is between the paying party (school) and the Berkshire Sensory Consortium, please advise . Please provide the exact and specific legal basis for this.

3) If parents require advise and information, pay for the services directly to Berkshire Sensory Consortium, does this the form a transaction contract for goods and services between the parent and the Berkshire Sensory Consortium, please advise and provide the specific and exact legal basis for this.

4) If the Local Authority pay directly for advise and information on a child from the Berkshire Sensory Consortium, do these parties enter the contract , please advise?

5) For question 4 and 2, is consent needed for the parents of the child ? If yes please provide the legal basis for this practice?

6) If consent is required from the parents to assess the child, who is then legal entitled to obtain this data ? Please provide the legal and exact basis for this.
