Dear Admin Support,

For an ever increasing expenditure, please identify how the Board knows it is receiving value for money for its ratepayers without testing the market to identify if this service can be provided better and cheaper elsewhere.
How does this annual expenditure fit with the Board's Financial Regulations, of which please provide a copy.
