shows that currently there are 102 Housing Benefit and Council Tax
reduction claimants residing on the Bel Air Estate. These claimants are
categorized into the following:
• 35 claims for Housing Benefit and Council Tax reduction
• 1 claim for Housing Benefit only
• 66 claims for Council Tax Reduction only
