Dear Transport for Greater Manchester,

I understand that TFGM carried out several public consultation meetings regarding the proposed "Beelines" prior to the initial consultation / comment process closing on 01/10/18.

It is my understanding that the ambition was for at least one meeting per borough.

1. Please supply dates, times and locations of these meetings.
2. Please advise who attended the above meetings from TFGM
3. Please advise attendance figures for the meetings, split where possible to show public / tfgm / local authority staff.
4. Whom was responsible for advertising the meetings and if recorded how were the meetings advertised?

I further understand that comments, likes and annotations were invited on an interactive map on the TFGM site which can be viewed here - https://mappinggm.org.uk/beelines/

5. Please supply a list on of all the comments made, along with the number of likes that each comment received. Please also include the borough in which the location of the comment relates.

5a. Please supply details of any grading, actioning or comments by tfgm attributed to each comment.

NOTE relating to Q5 : if you are unable to supply all comments please supply those relating to Wigan, Bolton and Bury only.

6. Is any further consultation planned?

Thankyou

Yours faithfully,

Ian Bolton

Dear FOI,

Thankyou for your response regarding the Internal Review Request.

I note you fell you need not conduct n IR as the request as not yet been responded to.

This is the very reason an IR has been requested.

Please see guidence on the ICO website, paticutlary the bottom two paragraphs on this page.
https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/gui...

IT would be fair to assume, that given I have requested the information, chased the information and requested an IR that "[the requester} is still waiting for a response and are unhappy with the delay."

Never the less I note your comments that the team are working on the matter, perhaps this IR request has reminded them! and as such please but the IR request on Ice until 09/02/19 pending a response.

It would perhaps be good practice to issue "delay notices" as other authorities do in instances when you are unable to meet the 20 day limits, at least the requester knows the request has not been forgotten. Especially if when the response is supplied explanation into the delay is given.

Yours sincerely,

Ian Bolton
