Would you be able to provide me with the following information on the effects of the under-occupation penalty or removal of the spare room subsidy, commonly referred to as the 'bedroom tax' on St Leger Homes residents.

1 - How many people have been evicted from St Leger Homes properties due to being in rent arrears since the bedroom tax was introduced in March 2013?

2- How many of those evicted due to rent arrears, were in debt due to the removal of the spare room subsidy?

3 - Can you provide me with a combined figure of rent arrears accrued by St Leger Homes tenants for the 2012/13, 2013/14 and 2014/15 financial years?

Thank you for your request dated 23 April 2015, for information about the
effects of the under-occupation penalty or removal of the spare room
subsidy, commonly referred to as the 'bedroom tax' on St. Leger Homes’
residents.
 
1 - How many people have been evicted from St. Leger Homes’ properties due
to being in rent arrears since the bedroom tax was introduced in March
2013?
 
Number of Evictions 2013-14 - 44
Number of Evictions 2014-15 - 77
 
2- How many of those evicted due to rent arrears, were in debt due to the
removal of the spare room subsidy?
 
None - all those evicted who have been affected by the removal of the
spare room subsidy have previously been in rent arrears so their eviction
cannot solely be attributed to this.
 
3 - Can you provide me with a combined figure of rent arrears accrued by
St. Leger Homes’ tenants for 2012/13, 2013/14 and 2014/15 financial years?
 
Arrears figures are only provided as a snapshot at a particular point in
time, therefore we are unable to provide a combined figure. The figures
below are for March's out-turn in each year:
 
    2012-13 - £1,445,063
     2013-14 - £1,992,110
     2014-15 - £1,968,970
