Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Under the Freedom of Information Act the authority must state whether or
not the information exists and I confirm that we do not hold this
information. 

You requested:

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act to request the
following information on each secondary school in your borough:

- School Name

- Local Authority Establishment Number (LAESTAB)

- Unique Reference Number (URN)

- The number of children admitted under a distance criterion

- The distance of the furthest child admitted under a distance criterion

I would like this information for the school years 2013/14 through to
2014/15.

Response: We do not hold information under this criteria for the academic
years 2013/14 and 2014/15.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with our response to your
application you are entitled to pursue any dissatisfaction through the
Council's Internal Review Procedure.  Pursuant to Section 17 (7) of the
